Dispute Resolution

We take disputes seriously and work to resolve them fairly for all parties.

When to File a Dispute

  • Card received doesn't match the description
  • Card arrived damaged
  • Card never arrived (after reasonable shipping time)
  • Seller hasn't shipped within 5 business days

Resolution Process

  1. File a Dispute: Open a dispute from your transaction page with evidence (photos, tracking info)
  2. Seller Response: The seller has 48 hours to respond
  3. Mediation: Our team reviews evidence from both parties
  4. Decision: A resolution is issued within 5 business days

Possible Outcomes

  • Full refund to buyer
  • Partial refund
  • Funds released to seller
  • Return & refund (buyer ships card back)
